WHO WE ARE

Everything we do starts with young people — especially those you trust us to support. We’ve seen how much change happens when young people feel listened to, valued, and understood.

We take time to get to know each young person, alongside the families who know them best. Their strengths, interests, and ambitions shape what we do.

Our support isn’t delivered to young people — it’s built with them. This helps build confidence, independence, and resilience through real outdoor experiences.

The outdoors is central to who we are. Nature gives space to explore, take on challenges, try new things, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had — all while feeling safe and supported.

We work closely with families and communities to create experiences that stay with young people long after they leave us.

Inclusive Pathways provides a fantastic supplement / alternative to regular education. Our son enjoyed the holiday sessions at both the forest school and farm school sites. Making fires, feeding horses, digging, exploring, tractors and so much more - he loves it! Rob, Holly, Ellie and the team are knowledgeable, caring and considerate. We highly recommend Inclusive Pathways and look forward to many more sessions during both the half term and term time!
