Empowering Growth Through Inclusion

Robert has been supporting our autistic teenage son for over two years. He has developed an excellent relationship with him, who finds social interaction difficult. He genuinely cares for him and appreciates his qualities and sense of humour. Robert has a high level of expertise in this arena and uses this to both directly help our son and lead, support and guide others in doing so. He has facilitated and implemented numerous significant improvements for our son and over the course of the last couple of years he has progressed significantly.

 

Robert has also ensured honest and compassionate communication with us as parents. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and thoughts on what our son needs and reflects on this, what our son has told him and his own thoughts to suggest and discuss options and ideas with us before developing and implementing improved support and learning.
