MEET THE TEAM

I'm Robert, the Managing Director of Inclusive Pathways Education 🧑🏻💻
I set the company up with the primary goal of being able to put a person's needs, interests and aspirations at the heart of everything I do and to foster a relationship that would enable them to achieve success on whatever path they choose to follow 🌱
I have worked in education for over seven years, from unqualified teacher to extended leadership positions 📚 In this time, the one thing that has become abundantly clear is that the person is often not at the heart of what we do in education. I aim to break this mould and empower everyone I work with to feel like their voices are heard, their decisions are valued and their ambitions can be realised.
My ultimate ambition is that I render my services obsolete through the work that I do. I believe that through collaboration and partnerships, whether your intended destination is education, employment or training, I can help you achieve your goals and outcomes 💭
Whilst I am responsible for liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring that the business can support as many young people as possible, I also work as a 1:1 mentor, practising what Inclusive Pathways Education was set up to do! 💡📝

Hi, I’m Holly and I am the true operational brains behind Inclusive Pathways Education! 🪄
With a career spanning primary, secondary, and private education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the business. 📚💡
I also oversee the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme, drawing on my experience managing it in previous schools. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how the programme adds another valuable dimension to the personal growth of the young people we support. 🏕️
I also manage our website and social media platforms to ensure prospective parents and carers have access to clear, up-to-date information. This helps make the process of incorporating Alternative Provision into a support package for a young person as straightforward as possible. ℹ️
I trained as a PE teacher to begin with and so my love for all things sport has never left me. In my free time I play tennis, swim and love to spend time watching our two young boys grow. 🎾 🏊

Hey, my name is Anna and I’m a 1:1 Mentor and Teacher. 👩🏫 With eight years of teaching experience, mostly across secondary schools, I am passionate about creating an environment for students built on exploratory learning where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. My ethos is simple: when children feel secure and happy, they thrive. A happy child truly is a happy learner. 😊✨
I believe in generating spaces where children can experiment and discover at their own pace. By building confidence, resilience, and key life skills alongside indirect academic development, I support their holistic growth — socially, emotionally, and academically. 🌱 I am especially committed to ensuring learning is accessible, meaningful, and tailored to the individual.
Being in the outdoors plays a vital role in my approach and is central to my hobbies and where I have spent a lot of my time teaching too. 🌿 Time spent in nature provides powerful opportunities for curiosity, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal growth. Whether it’s through structured outdoor learning or adventurous experiences, I value the way the outdoors helps children build independence. 🧭
The same can be said for sport and physical activity, which is what you’ll find me doing when I’m not teaching! ⚽🏃♀️

“Hiya 👋, I’m Ellie and I am lucky enough to run the Forest School here at Inclusive Pathways 🌿. My professional background is a combination of working with children and adults with additional needs, whether it be in a residential setting or in the great outdoors 🌳.
I find passion in creating a safe and uplifting environment for the children I work with, to encourage and enable them to be the happiest 😊, most adventurous and creative versions of themselves.
Being a big kid at heart, I thrive working with the children and exploring new ways to learn and develop their skills — whether that be through treasure hunts, leaf art, mud pie recipes, campfire singing 🔥 or splashing about in the rain 🌧️. Being in nature has always been such a pivotal part of my life, and when not at work you’ll find me anywhere from the sea 🌊, to the moors, to my tentbox on the coast ⛺.
I have always been a cup-half-full kind of person ✨, and am lucky enough to find myself in a job where I can do my favourite things every day alongside some brilliant individuals and provide a space for children to be children, whilst finding the beauty and reward in the simplest things.”

🎵 Hi! My name is Guy Scott, and I am a 1:1 Mentor, Support Worker, and Music Producer.
I am very passionate about helping young people achieve the best they can. 🌱 I believe that everyone is unique, and that achievement and self-development are possible for everyone. I’m a firm believer that pursuing personal passions and interests is the best gateway to learning and growth. 🌟
I really enjoy working 1:1, encouraging people to try new ideas and be creative — always remembering that “if you've never made a mistake, you haven't made anything.” Learning is a lifelong process, and I get great fulfilment from patiently working alongside others to help them bring out the best in themselves. 💡
I hold a degree in Sound and Music Technology from the University of Plymouth 🎓. I recently returned from travelling, where I was able to pursue my passion for music and DJ’ing 🎧 — performing at many exciting events and venues in Goa, India. 🌴
In my free time, I love cooking, eco-building, growing plants 🌿, walking in nature, playing bass in a band, and making music with synthesizers 🎶. I also enjoy visiting historical sites and travelling the world to learn about different cultures.
I’m always eager to keep learning — I recently completed a sound therapy course and hope to continue expanding my knowledge through more courses soon! 📚
